Slime, Yuck!
Today we made a mixture using lux soap flakes and hot water. After lots and lots of stirring it turned into thick slime! 
We also added a little food colouring to give it some colour..

"It feels so slimy!" said Zedric.

"Its feels weird!" Elijah wasn't sure he like the feel of this mixture!

You could also make bubbles with the slime.

"Someone put a towel in the slime!"

Katie is looking upset, someone put slime on her leg!

Oobleck

A Mixture called Oobleck!!

In room 19/20 we have been learning about mixtures! Today we made a mixture called Oobleck! We used corn flour, water and food colouring. We made predictions about what was going to happen when we mixed these ingredients together. We made observations about what we saw, heard, smelled, and felt.
